Negative: Sujeto + DIDN´T + USE TO + verbo normal…

Ejemplo: Él no solía ir a pescar con su abuelo.- He DIDN´T USE TO GO fishing with his
grandfather.

Interrogative: DID + sujeto + USE TO + verbo normal…?

Ejemplo: ¿Solías tu estudiar inglés los lunes? No.- DID you USE TO STUDY English on Mondays?

GRAMMAR SUMARY.

PAST CONTINUOUS (Pasado contínuo.- yo estuve/ estaba viendo la TV).

Affirmative: Sujeto + WAS/ WERE + verbo ING…

Ejemplo: She was reading a book…

Negative: Sujeto + WASN´T/ WEREN´T + verbo ING….

Ejemplo: We weren´t cooking soup at 8 o´clock yesterday.

Interrogative: WAS/WERE + sujeto + verbo ING….?

Ejemplo: Was Maria watching TV while Peter was having a shower?

PAST CONTINUOUS AND PAST SIMPLE.

o Cuando tenemos la palabra WHILE y AS (mientras), el verbo de esa frase siempre


lo escribimos con Past Continuous.
o Cuando tenemos la palabra WHEN (cuando) suele escribirse el verbo en Past
Simple.
o Acción larga (past continuous) que es interrumpida por una corta (past simple).
