1. INTRODUCTION

This module describes the procedure to mount the covers of the Clea Ceiling Stand.

2. MOUNT COVERS

NOTE

Mounting procedure and installation materials are exactly the same for systems with I.I. and FD.

• Mount the three covers on top of the L-arm (fitted with Velcro).
• Mount the L-arm side cover (3 countersunk screws, 3 countersunk washers and 3 anti-loss washers)
• Mount the rear cover on the L-arm (6 non-removable screws).
• Insert 6x decorative plastic covers (sealing caps) in the L-arm rear cover.
• Insert 4x sealing cap M16 in the holes of the C-arc junction that have been used for the fixation of the
installation frame.

• Mount the metal cover on both sides of the longitudinal carriage (2 screws and 2 washers).
• Mount the rotation cover to the L-arm rotation point (click-construction).
• Insert 4x decorative plastic covers (sealing caps) to bottom side of longitudinal carriage.

3. POSITION STICKERS

• Place the Stand in the Park Position (PP).

• Mount the stickers on the rails so they match the arrows on the longitudinal carriage.
(the arrow-stickers are delivered in the blister packaging delivered in the L-arm)
• Repeat the procedure for Work Position 1 (WP1) and Work Position 2 (WP2).
