    Madam:

    Greetings in the name of the LORD!

    We are writing to you to express our intention on the possible implementation of


    Expanded Face to Face Classes in our school in reference to Division Memorandum
    No. 85, s. 2021 of the Department of Education, Division of Quezon.

    Relative to this, the Department of Education has directed schools to prepare


    action plan for the expanded face to face for its implementation to which the Top
    Management has approved the implementation of expanded face to face classes in
    low risk areas.

    To determine the school under the alert level scheme of Level 2 area of its possible
    implementation, Safety Assessment Tool will be used as determining factor whether
    San Isidro National High School has met all the indicators prior to the
    implementation of expanded face to face classes.

    In this regard, we are humbly asking the Barangay Local Government Unit to
    express its approval for the possible expanded face to face classes which will serve
    as one o the important justification in the conduct of Face to Face Learning
    Modality.

    We are hoping for your positive consideration and consent.
