WORK EXPERIENCE RECORD


Since 2008, Mrs. Barillas has been investigating WEXCO’s personal injury cases, including slip/trip and falls, stairway falls, vehicle accidents, and construction site
accidents. Relative to these assignments, her duties have included: inspections of incident sites and production of associated photographs, video, diagrams, and
animations; research of building permit files, inspection records and code enforcement records; building codes and industry standards; development of reports,
declarations, and expert opinions in preparation for expert depositions and trial; reconstruction of vehicle accidents, including calculations and animations; review
and analysis of legal pleadings and assistance in the preparation of responses. In addition, Mrs. Barillas has also had in-depth exposure to projects involving
construction management, including estimating and scheduling, cases involving construction defects, earthquake, fire, and flood damage assessments, contract
disputes, construction delay claims and insurance coverage analysis.

In 2011, Mrs. Barillas successfully obtained a certification for the operation and testing of the English XL Variable Incidence Tribometer, and has conducted slip
resistance testing on numerous floor surfaces and flooring types.

Mrs. Barillas, in various capacities at WEXCO, has worked on a daily basis with both Dr. Stephen C. Wexler, PE and Brad Avrit, PE, the combination of which consist of
licenses in Civil Engineering, Safety Engineering, and General Contracting. Mrs. Barillas also works directly with licensed Architects, Geotechnical and Structural
Engineers, Materials Science Engineers, and Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. Mrs. Barillas also has heavy interaction with attorneys and claims professionals on a
daily basis to discuss engineering analysis and findings.
FEE AND REIMBURSABLES SCHEDULE
Retainer is required of $2,500 to $10,000, depending on scope. [CHECKS TO BE MADE PAYABLE TO WEXCO INTERNATIONAL, LLC].

Reimbursables - Major reimbursables and travel/lodging costs are to be paid in advance by the Attorney/Client.
