 SHORT ITINERARY

Day 1 Guwahati Arrival | Drive to Kaziranga National Park

Day 2 Kaziranga National Park to Bomdila

Day 3 Drive from Bomdila to Tawang

Day 4 Visit Bum La Pass | Drive Back to Tawang

Day 5 Tawang Local Excursion

Day 6 Drive from Tawang to Dirang

Day 7 Drive from Dirang to Guwahati

 Guwahati Arrival | Drive to Kaziranga
DAY 1 National Park (191 Kilometers, 4 hours)

-The group will assemble at the pick-up point in Guwahati where a brief introduction by the
trip captain will be provided.

-Afterward, we'll head towards Kaziranga National Park which is a UNESCO World
Heritage site and is an abode to the Great One Horned Rhinoceros, Asian Elephant,
Bengal White Tiger, and more. The South Asian Dolphin is also found in the waters of the
park.

-Upon our arrival, We'll check into our hotels in Kaziranga where we'll have dinner
followed by an overnight stay.

Note: The riders will be allotted their respective bikes and a brief test run would be organized
in order to get the feel of the two-wheeler.
 Kaziranga National Park to Bomdila
DAY 2 (240 Kilometers, 6 Hours)

-After early morning breakfast, we'll check out of our hotel and embark on a Jungle Safari Tour

After the initial introduction, we travel to SHILLONG which is famously known as the Scotland
-Afterward, we'll head towards Bomdila which is a true tropical paradise known for its
of the East and is at an altitude of 4908 feet above sea level.

Explore Cafes and Police Bazar of SHILLONG in the evening.

-Upon our arrival in Bomdila, we'll check into our hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.

-Dinner followed by overnight stay in Bomdila.
 Drive from Bomdila to Tawang
DAY 3 (176 Kilometers, 5 Hours)

-After breakfast, we'll check out of our hotel and head towards Tawang which is popular for
being the abode of the largest Monastery in India. En route, we'd traverse the iconic Sela Pass
which is a high-altitude mountain pass that connects Tawang to the rest of the country. We'll
also visit Jaswant Garh which is a war memorial dedicated to the soldier Jaswant Singh Rawat
who bravely fought against the Chinese Army.

-Upon reaching Tawang, we'll check in to our hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure but travelers
can indulge in Cafe Hopping and explore the premise as well.

-Dinner followed by an overnight stay in Tawang.

DAY 4 Visit Bum La Pass | Drive Back to Tawang

-After early morning breakfast, we'll head out to visit the Bum La Pass. At an altitude of 15,200 ft, it is one of
the most off-beat passes in the world which remains snowbound for almost the entire year.

-Afterward, we'll visit the pristine P.T. Tso Lake which is nestled in the lap of the Eastern Himalayas. We'll also
visit the Madhuri Lake named after the popular Bollywood actress.

-Afterwards, we'll head back to Tawang and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Dinner followed by an
overnight stay in Hotel.
DAY 5 Tawang Local Excursion

-After early morning breakfast, we'll head out for a local sightseeing tour where we'd visit the
Tawang Monastery known as Gaden Namgyal Lhatse in Tibetan which is the largest monastery in
India.

-We'll also visit the Urgelling Monastery which is one of the oldest Gompas in Tawang and is also
the birth place of the 6th Dalai Lama.

-Afterward, we'll go ahead to witness the Giant Buddha statue which is 30ft tall and overlooks the
upper regions of Tawang from an elevation of 10,000ft. Afterward, we'll visit the Chakzam bridge
which is almost 600 year old and is suspended over the Tawang River.

-Dinner followed by overnight stay in hotel.

 Drive from Tawang to Dirang
DAY 6 (134 Kilometers, 4 Hours)

-After early morning breakfast, we'll head towards Dirang which is a small hill station
adorned by lush green forests and snow capped mountains.

-En route, we'd visit the Nuranang Falls which rose to prominence after being featured in
the movie Koyla. We'd also visit Apple Orchards, Kiwi Gardens, and the mighty Kameng
river which is one of the major tributaries of the Brhmaputra River.

-In the evening, we'll check into our designated stay in Dirang where we'll have dinner
followed by an overnight stay.
 Drive from Dirang to Guwahati
DAY 7 (300 Kilometers, 8 Hours)

-After early morning breakfast, we'll check out and head towards Guwahati. En route, we'd
visit the 12th-century fortified Thembang Village which is renowned for its Monpa Houses.
After our sightseeing in the village, we'll resume our return journey toward Guwahati.

-In the evening, we'll check in to our hotels in Guwahati where we'll have dinner followed
by an overnight stay.
DAY 8 Departure from Guwahati

-After early morning breakfast, we'll depart from Guwahati with fond memories of the trip.

-Trip Ends.

Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions” or any type
of transportation from Guwahati to Guwahati.

Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Landslides, Roadblocks, and other

natural calamities.

A security deposit of Rs. 5,000/- per motorbike. As per the deposit policy, this
amount is refundable if there is no damage or spare parts used by the end of
the trip. The Amount will be refunded within 5 Working Days.

CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellations will be taken over phone calls or WhatsApp messages. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you
received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.

Free Cancellation up to 45 days before the departure date. (Booking amount is non-refundable)

44 Days to 30 days of Departure date. 10% of the total Trip cost along with the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

29 Days to 20 Days of Departure date. 25% of the total trip cost along with the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

19 Days to 10 Days of Departure date. 50% of the total trip cost along with the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

10 Days to 6 Days of Departure date. 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

6 Days to Trip Departure date. 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

No Show. No refund.

Note: All the reimbursements/refunds will incur a Payment Gateway charge of 2.5% & GST at 5% respectively. The Payment Gateway
charges will not be levied to the customers who have made their transaction via UPI.
Please also note, that the booking amount for all packages/trips is non-refundable whereas a Credit Note can be issued if the cancella-
tion is made 3 days prior to the departure date (at the discretion of the organisation)

In case of government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances, we work out the
best possible alternate plans or trips/treks. At times even if certain activities are cancelled, the organization provides the best alternative
but no refunds are provided.

If a trip/trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, land-
slides, strike, bandh, etc.), JustWravel will issue a voucher for the full amount and if possible will provide an alternative as well. The
voucher can be redeemed up to the same amount for the same or another trip/trek in the next 365 days from the departure date.

If a trek/trip cannot be completed due to natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike,
bandh, etc.). No refund would be provided.

Any extra expense coming due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike,
bandh, etc.), Will be borne by the customer. The company will not be liable.

Cancellations policy will differ during the peak season and for popular places.
 PAYMENT POLICY
16 days or more from the date of departure: 50% of the tour cost is to be paid.

15 days from the date of departure: 100% of the tour cost is to be paid.

Any flight bookings shall be paid 100% in advance.

All payments except for UPI transactions will incur a 2.5% Payment Gateway charge (non-refundable).

4.5% for international credit cards over the invoiced amount.*Please note: If the payment is not completed on time (at
max 3 days prior to the departure date), JustWravel Pvt. Ltd. has the sole right to cancel your booking without any prior
notice.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Vouchers are non-transferable and valid only for the services mentioned herein.

Any services not specifically requested, confirmed and noted on vouchers will not be rendered.

All extras are to be paid directly to the hotels/the service providers.

Please stick to itinerary, anything extra shall be chargeable (at the location itself.)

Any service unused is non-refundable.

The company shall not be liable for damages/charges incurred by travelers if any of the following
reasons apply:

- Natural disaster, war, civil unrest, and alteration or cancellation of tour itinerary due to such causes.

- Accidents during transportation or accommodations, damage by fire.

- Orders of either Indian governments or immigration regulations, isolation resulting from infectious
diseases, and tour itinerary alteration or cancellation owing to such causes.

- Accidents occurring during the travelers free activities.

- Food poisoning.

- Theft
