1. Please answer the following:

a. Identify businesses in Toril where there is a threat of new entrants. Explain your answer.
All Businesses not just in Toril but others as well where new entrants can be a threat to
someone if that person has a lot better features that you have it can be threat to anyone in a
certain company or organization.

b. What specific products where there is a threat of substitutes? Justify your answer?
Well every product has threats whenever an opposing company did better or withstand what
product you have or got in your company for example cell phones, perfume, appliances those
are the things or products when an opposing company tries to make something better than
what your company have.

c. As a consumer/buyer did you exercise your bargaining power?

For me yes I did exercise where we bargain things we buy especially in ukay-ukay and side
vendor selling shoes by lowering the price to its actual price but considerable price not that
low not that high price that can be deal.
