Ms. Ivana Šut, was in our employ from 01.07.2012 to 13.03.2019. At first, she helped set up and develop
our first office in Croatia, whose operations she supported and guided throughout the years.

Her area of responsibility included mainly, but not exclusively, the following activities:
 Contract review in connection with orders and purchases
 Support of mageba agencies to maintain and facilitate mutual relations, market assessment
 Creating/updating country-specific market information
 Supervision of terms of delivery and payment
 Purchasing of materials, supplies and services
 Assistance in special projects in marketing, advertising, accounting, etc.
 Handling of complex internal projects as directed by mageba HOLDING
 Support of external accounting and payroll
 Execution of payments, all banking activities
 Office Management
 Communication with the Holding in Switzerland and all subsidiaries worldwide in English language
 Follow-up on payments with Customers and Vendors
 Support of Reporting activities according to Swiss GAAP FER
 Creation and maintenance of Group specific Excel spreadsheets, Word forms and PowerPoint
presentations

Ms. Šut acquired very good skills in above areas, which she successfully implemented and passed on during
her activities. She distinguished herself with her readiness of mind, very high willingness to perform, loyalty
and flexibility.

Due to her ability to analyze and independently solve new problems, she successfully carried out
challenging tasks. We value her power of judgment and her thorough, certain, cautious and assiduous
performance. Even with a high workload, she was always very reliable and willing to take on extra work.
Here her native Croatian skills and her very good proficiency in English were of great help.

Ms. Šut represented our interests vigorously and with great personal commitment. She was always quick
and persevering. She always achieved her objectives to our complete satisfaction.

Her conduct towards superiors and colleagues was always very friendly, team-minded, helpful and correct.
She was very much valued by our employees in Croatia as well as in subsidiaries all over the world,
customers, partners and suppliers.

We regret that due to a strategic re-positioning on the Croatian market we cannot further maintain our
office in Zagreb and have to terminate all positions. We are thankful for her valuable work and support
throughout the years. We wish her all the best for her personal and professional future.
