This document shall be applicable to all Projects. 2 SCOPE Inquiries documents will be issued to the preferred suppliers / manufacturers as listed taking into consideration the Technical and Commercial requirement. Any other manufacturers / suppliers which is not included in the list but whose equipment and products meets with the specification and requirement may be considered but subject to APP Procurement SOP. Contractors and Suppliers supplying for the equipment are subject to follow the Preferred Manufacturers and suppliers List and APP Procurement SOP.
