RESOLUTION NO. 60 S-2022

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REALIGNMENT OF THE FOLLOWING BALANCES OF

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM PLGU, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA.
WHEREAS: after a series of discussion and deliberation of the councils they came up into approval
for the realignment of the existing balances of the following Financial Assistance from PLGU into
Office Supplies to be use at the Barangay Hall, Kongkong, Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya.

WHEREAS; the following Financial Assistance with existing balances are as follows:

WHEREAS; we are asking for the urgent approval of this resolution for the purchase of Office
supplies to be use at the Barangay Hall.
NOW THEREFORE, on unanimous motion, duly seconded by the body, it was;
RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, to pass a RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
REALIGNMENT OF THE FOLLOWING BALANCES OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM
PLGU, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA.

RESOLUTION HUMBLY REQUESTING THE HON. CARLOS M. PADILLA, GOVERNOR, PROVINCE OF NUEVA
VIZCAYA FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE REALIGNMENT OF THE EXISTING BALANCES FROM THE
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE GIVEN BY PLGU INTO OFFICE SUPPLIES OF THE BARANGAY HALL, KONGKONG,
KASIBU, NUEVA VIZCAYA.

WHEREAS; after the discussion and deliberation of councils during 1 st regular session they came up into
approval that the existing balances will be realign in purchasing office supplies to be use at the Barangay
Hall, Kongkong, Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya.
