Terms & Conditions:
1. The price should be inclusive of taxes.
2. The sucessfull bidder will have to complete the work within 06 days from the date of award of work.
3. The bidders can visit the site and submit their quote accordingly after site inspection.
4. The rate shall be inclusive of all type of lead & lift, loading and unloading charges.
5. Material for Sr. No. 01 to 10 should be either of Polo/Damian/Monica/Deflex brand or approved by
Engineer-in-Charge.
6. Evaluation will be done on the total quoted price.
7. Sealed Cover should clearly mentioned with the title "Quotation for Plumbing Work at HEG";
otherwise it will not be considered.
8. All rights for the said work is reserved with iNDEXTb.
9. The quantity shown here are approximately and may differ. Payment will be done based on the actual
execution done at site.
10. The bidder must be registered in E-2 class or above catagory with any Govt. Department or
Organization.
