1 Read bar logbook
2 Turn on glass washer
3 Unlock fridges if applicable
4 Turn on lights of fridge
5 Record temperature of fridge - every 4 hours
6 Turn on coffee machine
7 Check coffee machine cleanliness
8 Run coffee machine rinse function
9 Check all beverage expiry dates
10 Prepare juices / Iced teas / sugar syrups
11 Label all opened beverages
12 Replenish bar fridges
13 Prepare garnish / label
14 Collect ice for ice well
15 Prepare tea and coffee Mis en Place
16 Prepare bar counter
17 Check overall cleanliness of bar
18 Check and inform any items "86"
19 Communicate any issue in log book
21 Check all your marble counters are clean
chaeck all connecting devices are wqrking
22 Check the tree need water or need to clean
23 double check your stock
24 Ensure orders have been placed by 11.30am
