Chapter 7 – Management Plan

This chapter discusses the internal organization and its components. It discusses the
company's leadership and management approach. This chapter also covers the specifics of
policies, employees, and other important components of running a business.
Article of Co-Partnership of Papertilizer

Name of the Company: PAPERTILIZER

Know all Men by these Presents:

That we, the undersigned partners, all of legal age, residents and citizens of the Philippines,
have voluntarily associated ourselves together on this day for the purpose of forming a general
partnership under the terms and conditions set forth below and subject to the Republic of the
Philippines' existing and applicable laws: And we Hereby Certify:

Article I. Partnership Name: That the name of this partnership shall be Papertilizer and shall
transact business under PAPERTILIZER.

Article II: PRINCIPAL PLACE OF THE BUSINESS

The establishment of the manufacturing company of the partnership is located at 13th Street
San Jose Village, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. The location may be changed from time
to time by agreement of the partners.

Article III. Term of Existence:

The partnership shall commence on and continue until dissolved by mutual agreement of
the partners.

Article IV. Partners’ Circumstances: That the names, nationalities and complete residence
addresses of the partners are as follows:

Article V. Capital Contributions: That the Partnership's capital shall be 2,500,000 Philippine
Currency, provided in cash by the partners as follows:

No transfer of interest shall be allowed or permitted to be recorded in the proper books


of the partnership if it reduces the ownership of Filipino citizens to less than the required
proportion of capital as provided by existing legislation. After 3 year of production every partners
are required to withdraw 70,000 as their interest of their capital.
Article VI. Sharing Ratios: The profits and losses of the partnership will be divided equally
among the following partners:

Article VII. Management: This partnership will be managed by Maun, Cassandra Jane G. for a
period of one year, and she will be in control of the company's activities. She shall have the
authority to use the partnership name and to do anything else that is necessary and expedient
in the management of the firm and the accomplishment of its authorized objectives. After a year,
the proponents will take turns as the business's manager. All of the proponents are willing to
work as a manager for a year on and off in exchange for a pay and perks.

Article VIII. Undertaking to Change Name:That the partners agree to change the name of this
partnership, as provided herein or as amended thereafter, as soon as they receive notice or a
directive from the Securities and Exchange Commission that another corporation, partnership,
or person has obtained a prior right to use that name, or that the name has been declared
misleading, deceptive, confusingly similar to a registered name, or contrary to public morals,
good customs, or public policy.

Organizational Structure

The type of business organization is a general partnership because all partners decide
to start and run a business collectively. The form of business organization is a general
partnership. If the company makes a profit or loses money, the earnings and losses will be split
equally, and each partner will contribute their skills, knowledge, and expertise to the company.
All partners in the partnership are responsible for the business and are liable for all debts
incurred by the company.

The line type of organizational chart depicts the connections between job positions,
relationships, and the flow of authority and communication.

The company will have six (6) total employees that the owners will hire. The Production
Supervisor will be one who will handle the down line employees for smooth operation.

 Maintains the smooth flow in the production area and assures that all products are in
good quality.
 Acts as a General Manager whenever he/she is unavailable.

 Must have experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar position is needed.
 Must have a working knowledge of a variety of industrial equipment and software
 Must have advanced skills in MS Office
 Must have organizational and leadership abilities
 Must be flexible in handling different situations or problem-solving skills.
 Must have the ability to deal and communicate with other people.
 Must be a graduate of Marketing major or any business-related courses,

Job Title: Cashier

 Receive payment by cash and checks


 Count money and ensures that is correct
 Maintaining receipts and record

Job Title: Delivery Assistant

Job Description

 Deliveries of the orders in the most efficient route to ensure orders are delivered
accordingly to establish time frame.
 Knowledge in delivering the product to customers.
 Counts the stocks before and after the deliveries
 If there is no delivery, he will be maintaining the utilities.

 Have a good verbal and written communication.

Job Title: Production Worker

Job Descriptionn

 Manufactures the product.


 Assures that work practices are in the guidelines of the company’s policies, standards
and procedures.
 Ensures product consistency at each manufacturing stage
 Monitoring and removal of defective goods
 Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor
 Finalizing and packaging products for shipment
 Addresses and resolves issues related to manufacturing facilities and machinery
 Inspects assembled products to ensure they are up to quality standards
 Work with team members to maximize productivity efficiency

 Male/female
 At least high school graduate
 Must possess good moral character
 Must be trained in manual handling would be preferred
 Willingness to undertake training to increase or update skills
 Ability to work alone and unsupervised Must be hardworking and willing to work
overtime.
 Having an experience of working in factories is an advantage.
