-          BIR 2303 certificate
-          Delivery Menu
-          Screenshot of Google Map restaurant location
-          Proof of Banking showing the following information in one attachment:
                        1. Bank name
                        2. Account name
                        3. Account number
           
            Below are the accepted proof of banking documents:
                        1. Passbook Cover Photo & Account Page
                        2. Bank Certificate
                        3. Statement of Account
                        4. Desktop Online Banking Screenshot
                        5. Fully Verified GCash or Paymaya Accounts
                        
Once all sent, please expect a call/message from me for any updates within 24-48 hours.
 
Please note that in foodpanda:
-          No Application fee
-          No lock in period
-          Commission rates are 27% for Exclusive or 30% for Non-Exclusive partnership; exclusive of
VAT
-          P1,000 Monthly Platform Fee (billed monthly)
o   Inclusions
§  foodpanda Device with 2GB monthly data (see attached picture for reference)
§  Restaurant Portal Access
§  Onboarding and Re-training as required
