Run, run as fast as you can!

Here is a sight word game I made to go along with my Gingerbread unit I do every December. I use this as a small group activity. 1. Print, cut out and laminate all cards. 2. Hide the gingerbread man under one of the houses. 3. Have students recite the rhyme below and then read the word on the house they believe the gingerbread man is hiding under. 4. Game is over when they find the gingerbread man, so make sure no ones peeking as you hide him! Ive used Literacy 1st List A words but they correspond with words from the Dolch pre-primer and primer lists.
