EJME Release & Flight Plan package email
Flight Plan message will contain the
package following conditions, in
message the following order, when
sent via Email, Mobile, or
Fax:

Flight Plan
Tail
City Pair
Request
Route
Regulation
Flight Type
Dispatcher
Date
Notes
The Notes
condition is only
present for the
Email delivery
method. 

BR2 NJA, NJE,  CANPASS.pdf The CANPASS.pdf will pull

EJME, Passport the passport details
NATUK details (Citizenship, Passport,
Nationality, and
Expiration Date) from the
Leg Level Travel
Document field, for all
flights with a Canadian
Arrival airport.

If a passenger is a
dual Canadian citizen,
the Travel Document
must be set to their
Canadian passport.
If the Travel Document
field is not updated,
the passenger's
primary passport
details will instead be
pulled.

If the AC

same condition,
only one note will
display.
Weather, Mel,
Diversion,
Performance notes
with the keyword
Prohibited should
not be present.
The Prohibited
Ops/Critical Notes
section will not
display if AC
Restrictions are
not applied.

Filed Flights all filed flights on DXPB,
they need to be added in
"managerRoleUser"
group.

Documents flight packages must be
retained for a minimum
of 90 days.  We will keep
packages available for
100 days as a buffer to
account for lengthy flight
delays.
