Strictly com ply with Instructions given i n the Question Paper / A nswer Sheet.
Possession or use of Books, Bags, Electron ic Gadgets i ncludi ng
Cell Phones/Smart Watches etc. are Strictly Proh ibited i n the
Exam i nation Prem ises. A nyone fou nd i n
the possession of these gadgets wi ll liable to be disq uali fied.
You shou ld NOT USE LEA D PENCIL
to solve M CQ paper on OMR sheet. OMR A nswer Sheet wi ll be provided by the Pu njab
Public
Service Com m ission.

The d u ration of Test / Exam i nation wi ll be of 90 Mi n utes.

6. If you are fou nd i neligible later on i n any respect u nder ru les, you r candidatu re
wi ll be cancelled regard less of the fact whether you appeared i n the
Test / Exam i nation
or q uali fied therei n.
7. You r attention is also i nvited to study the i nstructions carefu lly provided on the
fly leaf of the answer sheet and q uestion paper at the ti me of Test /
Exam i nation.
Fai lu re to observe these i nstructions shall render you liable to any of the followi ng
penalities:
a. Cancellation of paper / candidatu re for the post you applied for.
b. Registration of a cri m i nal case i f you are fou nd i nd u lgi ng i n cheati ng or any cri m i nal
act i.e. forgery, i m personation etc.
c. Tem porary or permanent disq uali fication from apply i ng or appeari ng i n any Test / Exam i nation / Interview cond ucted or to be cond ucted.
 d. A ny other action that the Com m ission deems fit.
8. You m ust ensu re before handi ng over you r A nswer Sheet to the Su pervisory Staff that
the same has been signed by the Su pervisor of the Centre.
9. You r Roll Nu mber as mentioned above or A pplication Code already allocated to you
at the ti me of subm ission of On li ne A pplication form shou ld
i nvariably be q uoted
wh i le correspondi ng with the Com m ission i n con nection with th is Test / Exam i nation.
10. The Test / Exam i nation
wi ll be held on the sched u led date and ti me even i f that day is declared holiday
by the Govern ment subseq uently.
11. If you have received a d u plicate Roll Nu mber, you shou ld ignore it and shou ld
on ly use the Roll Nu mber given to you i n itially. Th is fact m ust be
i nti mated to
PPSC i m mediately i n writi ng.
12. You wi ll not be allowed to appear i n the Test / Exam i nation Centre other than the Test Centre
mentioned i n th is letter.
13. Smoki ng is strictly proh ibited i n the Test Centre.
14. No T.A/D.A wi ll be paid for appeari ng i n the Test / Exam i nation.
15. If  you are handicapped and req u i re a writer/helper, you m ust forward you r req uest
to the Com m ission for the same well before the Test /
Exam i nation.
16. Em ployees of Federal Govern ment or Sem i Govern ment and A utonomous Bodies of Federal Govern ment or A utonomous Bodies of Provi ncial
Govern ment and those of Local Bodies are not entitled to age concession for the period of thei r service i n such organ izations.
17. You wi ll be disq uali fied for the exam and an FIR wi ll also be lodged agai nst
you i f:
a. You are fou nd maki ng any changes, additions, deletions or otherwise marki ng, erasi ng
or writi ng on the M CQ Question Paper or A nswer
Sheet after the ti me for the Test / Exam i nation
has expi red.
b. Consu lti ng or taki ng help from other person (s) or resou rce (s) from outside the
exam i nation centre d u ri ng the Test / Exam i nation.
c. Copy i ng q uestions or answers either on paper or otherwise and taki ng them outside
the exam room.
d. Taki ng out M CQ Question Paper or A nswer Sheet from the exam i nation centre.
e. Fou nd i m personati ng.
f. Th reaten i ng / Misbehavi ng with the exam i nation staff.
