Initially, you were allowed to stay in a certain unit or room in the above-mentioned
boarding house subject to rental payment of P1,000 per month. You then relocated to a
much bigger unit with a rental due of P2,500 per month but failed to remit your rental
obligations. Your total obligation to date amounts to Thirty-Three Thousand Four
Hundred Fifteen Pesos (Php33,415), Philippine Currency constituting unpaid rental
dues and as well as electricity and water expenses. Despite several oral demands
made by my client to collect and for you to vacate the property, considering the financial
losses she had suffered, you continue to refuse payment and continue to illegally
possess the said property.
In view of the foregoing, I am sending you this FINAL DEMAND LETTER for you to pay
your rental and utility dues and to vacate from my client’s property within fifteen (15)
days from receipt hereof. Should you fail to heed this demand, I will be constrained to
institute appropriate legal actions against you to protect my client’s interest.
I trust that you will give this matter your utmost preferential attention.
