MY GUESS:

1. Stemming: Substance that goes from one neuron to another.


2. Axon: A long part of a neuron.
3. Synapses: Tiny gaps from a neuron.
4. Dentrites: Part of a neuron that recieves the signal.
5. Tots: Little.
6. Prune: Take care.
7. Wither: Rotten.
8. Adage: habbits.
9. Adept: Capable of.
10. Volatile: Inconsistent

DEFINITION:
1. Stemming: a central part of something from which other parts can develop or grow, or
which forms a support
2. Axon:  Long and single nerve-cell process that usually conducts impulses away from the
cell body.
3. Synapses: a junction between two nerve cells, consisting of a minute gap across which
impulses pass by diffusion of a neurotransmitter.
4. Dentrites: Short branched extensión of a nerve cell, along which impulses received from
other cells t synapses are transmitted to the cell body.
5. Tots; Young child or small drink of alcohol.
6. Prune: To cut off branches from a tree, bush, or plant, especially so that it
will grow better in the future.
7. Wither: When a plant become dry and shrivelled.
8. Adage: A proverb or short statement expressing a general truth.
9. Adept: Very skilled or profesional at something.
10. Volatile: Liable to change rapidly and unpredictably, especially for the worse.

PERSONAL REFLECTION:

I know nothing about scientific terms but I can infer words meanings due to the context.
