Aim:

Our aim is to create a platform for streamlining your vehicle booking solution and to handle
your goods with care and deliver to your destination with utmost safety measures

Abstract:

Smart packers and movers is an organization in which we provide truck rental services. Truck
rental Is a system that allows you to rent a truck for the best amount of money when compared to
competitors. Nowadays customers feel Difficulty in moving goods from one place to another.
Our organization makes their work easy. The person wishing to rent a truck must register on the
website to check the vehicles available according to the need and we will provide all the details
such as rental dates, type of Truck, basic or premium service all according to the need of goods,
customers are free to choose any truck they like during Booking The current system is manual
and it is time-consuming. It is also cost ineffective, and average return is low and diminishing.
Currently, customers can call or walk-in in order to rent or reserve a vehicle. The staff of the
company will check their file to see which vehicle is available for rental. The current system is
error prone, and customers are dissatisfied. The goal of this project is to automate vehicle rental
and reservations so that customers do not need to walk-in or call-in order to reserve a vehicle. A
vehicle rental service is a demanding transportation service provided by different transport
operators in a city. Most people use the truck service for their daily goods transportation needs.
They can go online and reserve llp kind of vehicle they want from the inventory of available
vehicles. Even when a customer chooses to walk-in, we will help him and perform his
reservation. When he chooses to l by phone, any of the customer service representatives can help
him reserve the vehicle speedily and issue him a reservation number. And acknowledge him with
all the details of everything like vehicle type, what are the household things that the vehicle fits
in it, communication between the driver and the customer and tracking of the vehicle like where
the vehicle is moving at which speed, when he can arrive at the destination, where the vehicle is
stopped, and we also will provide and refund policy if any damages happened to the household
articles

Objective:

· An online system where customers can view Available trucks and register themselves to
book trucks. The Truck Rental service is a web-based platform that allows customers to book
their trucks online comfortably at the workplace or Office.

· customers will get more choices and customers will get transparency in the pricing
therefore they will be able to compare the price and choose the convenient vehicle for them

● We provide the customers with all the information about the vehicle type, what is the
capacity of the truck, household things that can fit in it.
● We also provide him the best services like security, communication between the driver
and the customer, GPS tracking facilities (where the vehicle is moving, at what speed the
vehicle is moving, where the vehicle is stopped, when can the driver reach the
destination)
● We provide ask the customers to give the valuable feedback which helps us to improve
our software
● We will also provide the customer's refund policy if any of the customer things are
damaged during the trip.
Process model;(v)

Software Requirements::

The user interface (also known as human computer interface or man-machine interface (MMI))
is the aggregate of means by which people interact with the system. For the user to use our
application easily and efficiently, we will be providing a user friendly GUI that contains text
fields, buttons, etc.

● The buttons will provide options for the user to select a particular operation.
● The text boxes and text fields will provide a user interface to specify the option while
selecting an action.
● The user needs to have an internet browser to utilize the web crawler.

Hardware Requirements: The hardware interface defines the hardware devices needed for an
application to run such as type of processor and the amount of memory required.

● Any processor of Pentium, recommended Intel C2D processor.

● Free Secondary memory (Min 1 G.B. recommended free space).
● Min 64MB, Recommended 512 MB of Main Memory. 3.2.3 SOFTWARE INTERFACE

Functional requirements:

To access our services an Agent has first to register to the system by providing all the required
details which we provide

2. Suitable vehicles:

The user will provide the details which we asked fo.and we will allocate him the best and
suitable vehicle to transport the household things.

3.Advance payment:

After the customer satisfied with the vehicle.the customer have to pay the advance payment so
that the trip gets confirmed.

4. Communication and Tracking:

After the confirmation of the payment we will provide all the contact details of the driver and the
gps tracking service.

4. Feedback Module:

Once the transportation is done .the customer can give a valuable feedback .which improves us
organistaion

5. Refund Module or Money Back Policy:

In any case during the transportation if any household things got damaged we will provide the
amount of which the item got damaged

● Secure access of confidential data such as agents’ information.

● 24 X 7 availability. • Better component design to get better performance at peak time. •
Flexible services based architecture will be highly desirable for future extension.
● Users can see the list of tips that are provided on the portal which helps them during
moving and packing of goods.
● Users can calculate the distances between the cities.
● Users can calculate the weight and volume of their goods.

 2) - Vehicle owners

Commercial vehicle owners using the parks and garages in the state also have very important
roles and responsibilities to play as key stakeholders in the public transport system These group of
vehicle owners are commonly called The Owners. These are powerful and strategic stakeholders. Even
though many are only interested in the deliver they collect from drivers, they must be aware and live up
to their responsibilities beyond just receiving deliver. Vehicle owners must ensure their vehicles are
roadworthy. Vehicle particulars must be valid, and owners must undertake security and competence
background checks on transport employees before giving vehicles to drivers. Vehicle owners must
encourage and monitor transport employees i.e., against drugs and alcohol and ascertain drivers have
responsible characters. Vehicle owners should not exploit employees and they must pay all dues and
duties to government. Regular checks, repairs and servicing must be undertaken on vehicles. Owners
should not wait till vehicles are damaged/bad before undertaking repairs. It tends to be too late and
more expensive yet less effective.

3) - Drivers and conductors

Drivers must be clean and neat at work. They must also keep their vehicles clean. Some drivers
are too dirty. They do not wash and sweep the vehicles making the vehicle very dirty. Many drivers are
dirty and smelly, and this is very bad. Driving is a noble and good profession. Drivers should be well
behaved to fellow drivers, passengers and other road users. Drivers should not always claim right of
way. Security, safety and peace of all road users are the most important things not right of way.
Everybody will get to destination. No one has ever gone with the road. It is better to be late than be the
late. Drivers should not drink and drive.

4) Government and its agencies

Government and its agencies must maintain good oversight of the Park Management System
to achieve the desired results of increased IGR, effective transport systems and peace and development
of the state. The PMS is very proactive and innovative but excellent oversight is key to avoid
retrogression and collapse. The state government and its agencies must institutionalize stakeholders
and public feedback mechanisms for control and value addition to the Park Management System.

feedbacks on PMS
