Happiness
The positive feelings or emotions that make
one feel happy is called happiness. The state of mind
in which one feel optimistic. Happiness is opposite
of sadness. It means positive or pleasant emotions
between contentment to intense joy. Secondly it is
often experienced when one meets with family
members after long time, the reunion with near
relatives, with own children, with wife or parents
makes one taste the true happiness. Thirdly
happiness is observed on the face of one who enjoys
celebrating his hobby or favorite event on weekends,
monthly or annually. Ultimately the decision to be
happy lies with us. Find happiness with things we
have is very important.
What is Happiness ?
Happiness is the feeling of contentment with
yourself and your life, it is that your heart always
beats with hope and optimism and be satisfied with
what you have.
This does not mean that happiness is permanently at
all times, even a happy life cannot be without some
measure of darkness, and the word happy will lose its
meaning if it is not balanced by sadness.
Also, happiness does not mean that you have a lot of
money or a huge house or a lot of cars, we can feel
happy because of a kind word, meeting an old friend,
eating your favorite meal and many more reasons that
give us that good feeling. There is a saying that I love it
very much by Charles Spurgeon “It is not how much
we have, but how much we enjoy, that makes
happiness”.

the learner, and it is commonly referred to as e-learning. Traditional
education and online education differ in many aspects, the most important of

Discipline and Self-Motivation: E-learning has seen a decline in student
discipline, therefore, since all classes require keeping up with reading and
completing required tasks, the student is in dire need of self-motivation, and
from this perspective, some students find it difficult to motivate themselves to

advantage of complete discipline and self-motivation, the main reason for
this is probably the organized schedule of student attendance and routine

Effect of school bullying on children
A lot of children and teenagers become a victim of bullying in daily life. Bullying affects
people beyond their imagination. While some children face the situation bravely and
fight back; others just crush down into solitary and introvert individuals. Often, the
victims of bullying are compelled to take dangerous steps. These kids suffer from
issues while they grow up. The impact of bullying remains with them throughout life.
In this article, we will see how school bullying impacts the life of a child.
Children who have bullied face depression on several different levels based on the
severity of bullying. A majority of children do not speak about it at home. Parents are
required to keep a track on the behavior and interaction of the child to find out any
signs of the problem.Children who get bullied don’t feel comfortable discussing it.
They like to keep it to themselves. This increases depression and anxiety in them that
leads to serious issues. It hampers the personality development of the child. He
becomes timid and prefers to stay in his shell. The parent must become friends with
their children so that they do not hesitate to share their problems.
That feeling of insult disturbs the student. Those thoughts keep getting replayed in
their mind. This deprives them to sleep or eat properly. Many times, those traumatic
memories leave them restless and scared.A common impact of bullying is the sadness
and loneliness that fills up their mind. Kids who are bullied at school spend less time
with siblings and parents. As they go through a lot of stress and disappointment, they
are also refrained from mixing with their classmates. The fear of getting bullied makes
them recluse.

Students with the support of teachers can build class rules to prevent bullying. Formal
role-play sessions can teach students how to deal with bullies strongly without
tolerating any of their advances.

Doctor vs. teacher
Everyone in our society has a useful and influential profession in society.
One of the important and unfinished functions of society is that of
medicine and education. The teacher is the one who protects
generations from ignorance, and the doctor is the one who helps people
and is the reason for their recovery from diseases.
The teacher spends most of his time teaching the students and dose his
best to make things clear to the student. The teacher has a great
influence in society, without him, ignorance will increase, and his
function in society is similar to that of parents. He is truly the person
who shapes the consciousness of society and builds its sound
foundations.
In another hand, the doctor has great importance, as he protects the

foundation of society, namely humans, from diseases and helps them
alleviate their pain. And the doctor instills the meaning of mercy among
people and solidarity in society. In addition, the doctor represents all
the great morals, such as sacrifice and keeping the secrets of patients
without disclosing them.
The role of the teacher is no different from the role of the doctor, as
both are foundation of society, and both are complementary roles to
each other so that society advances. So, we must respect and appreciate
them and not underestimate them because they are the reason for our
development.
Each of us has an important function in society, and human was not

created in vain. And as what we have seen some examples of these jobs,
which are education and medicine, and how these jobs have a great
impact and importance in our society, and that they are a reason for the
development of human beings.

Causes of Divorce
Divorce is one of the most widespread problems of our time; divorce poses a serious
risk to the disintegration of the family, the loss of children, divorce after severe
marital strife, and the impossibility of married life. The phenomenon of divorce has
spread in our time significantly and decreased the rates of marriages because of the
fear of separation later. In addition, there are not many people who can take
responsibility, especially when marrying at an early age.
There are many reasons that may lead to divorces such as Infidelity or an extramarital
affair, trouble with finances, abuse and violence, and constant arguing.
- Infidelity or an extramarital affair: extramarital relationships are one of the

most obvious and main reasons behind divorce, as infidelity brings about
radical changes in marriage, destroying trust, leading to the breakdown of
communication between spouses, and if the marriage continues it will
fundamentally change forever, or bear a great deal of guilt for years, and the
reason for infidelity is due to various reasons, but usually, it is about anger or
resentment of the behavior of the other party.
- The trouble with finances: Differences resulting from material matters are
one of the biggest reasons for divorce after treason, which is the first reason,
as it is necessary to have an agreement between the spouses on how to deal
with financial matters, otherwise this may lead to major problems between
them, and differences often result from different spending habits, or the
financial objectives of one spouse, Or if one spouse earns more money than
the other, causing a conflict between the spouses, and pushing the marriage to
collapse, divorce statistics indicate that incompatibility in the material matters
between the spouses causes approximately 41% of divorces.
- Abuse and violence: The existence of abuse and violence in marriage or in

the family is evidence of the end of the marriage, as the end of the marriage, in
this case, is usually the best solution for all parties, and in some cases, some
couples can end and overcome the abuse, but often the abused spouses and
children are better off at the end of the marriage. There are many forms of
abuse from physical harm to emotional abuse such as notifying the other party
of incapacity. In a study conducted in the Department of Psychology at Denver
University on the causes of divorce, researchers found that 25% of those
surveyed were divorced because they experienced domestic violence.
- Constant arguing: from bickering about chores to arguing about the kids,
incessant arguing kills many relationships. Couples who seem to keep having
the same argument over again often do so because they feel they are not being
heard or appreciated. Many find it hard to see the other person’s point of view,
which leads to many arguments without ever coming to a resolution. This can
ultimately be a cause of divorce for 57.7% of couples.
In conclusion, we see how much important it is to consider all the possible negative
consequences of divorce before taking such a decision. In addition, young people
should understand the whole responsibility when they decide to get married. Anyway,
I hope that the situation with divorces will improve soon and that people will be more
serious about marriage and family relationships.
