Technology has helped improving education tremendously in
the past 20 years. In the meantime, educational fields, and
environments depend heavily on technology for their success
and flourishing. First of all, technology has aided educational
development tremendously. For example, students now have
access to all digital learning materials that can enhance their
understanding of a specific topic such as: photos, videos,
multimedia, and tape scripts, etc. Second of all, accessing hard
copy of books has always been a headache to most students
because they needed to reserve the book previously, and
sometimes the students could not get the edition they sought.
However, with technology, students can fetch any digital copy
of most of the books they need online from multiple free sources
alongside the school or university websites. Finally, technology
has facilitated the process of learning through the flexibility of
online learning. For instance, during COVID-19 pandemic,
nobody could go outside, and at the same time schools were out.
Nevertheless, students all over the world could still continue
learning their lessons through online learning tools such as:
Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other digital learning platforms. In
conclusion, as it is evident, technology has enhanced the
experience of learning through multiple ways, and has become
so indispensable in the field of education.
