Proceedings:
The meeting was presided by the Club President Mr. Joel Ll. Daen. A prayer was led by Mrs.
Elvira M. Loquinerio, HT-I to commence the meeting.
Topics discussed, to wit;
o -Year-End activity (Year-End Performance Review)
o -The presiding officer suggested to the group that the venue of the activity be at
the school AVR, and it was approved by the body
o School Financial status was discussed by Mrs. Anthonet M. Trilles, AO-II of the
school, she pointed out that there was a budget for the year-end activity, also
she explained that the budget for this SY is already intended for the plan and
projects as stated in the AIP and other plans and activity can be implemented
with its budget by the next Fiscal Year (1 st Quarter).
o Mrs. Virginia B. Dagta, MT-II suggested to the body that the existing project plan
as submitted by the SBM Group to be adopted as one of the activities in the
year-end activity
o She also moved that a committee be organized so that the said programs be
implemented as plan.

 Proposed Faculty Club Assembly was proposed by Mr. Bernard Toledo on Nov. 2 in
the afternoon and the classes will be requested to be suspended in the afternoon to
give way to the activity. On the said assembly the constitution and by-laws of the
club will be discussed for the adoption of the said documents by the body
 Issues and concerns also were discussed to patch up things and have a good
relationship of every personnel of the school
 Some of the issues and concerns arises were discussed by mrs. Rosemary Ferrer and
mr. Jesus L. Abellano Jr. about the attitudes of some of the personnel also were
discussed was the attitudes of our students
 Mr. Borras suggested that the said issues and concern be brought to the proper
committee of the school to address the problem or concern.

The meeting was adjourned at around 10:00 am. of the said date.
