AM 1. AZELANE SOAP #1
Use as mild wash in the AM. Wash face gently for 15-20 seconds only. May use
for affected areas of the body, must not leave on for more than 1 minute.
2. MISSION: SKIN ACNOREGULIN SPRAY #1
Apply very thinly to the whole face once a day in the morning.
3. MONT DE LUR TINTED MOUSSE SUNSCREEN #1
Apply to the whole face once a day after the Mission: Skin Acnoregulin Spray.
4. MISSION: SKIN HYDROLOCK LITE MOISTURIZING CREAM #1
Apply thinly to dry areas of the face. Gently tap to apply.

PM 1. AZELANE SOAP #1
Use as mild wash in the PM. Wash face gently for 15-20 seconds only.
2. MISSION: SKIN ACNOREGULIN SPRAY #1
If you suspect purging, please also apply in the evening at 7PM. Wash face
thoroughly but gently with water after 3 hours at 10PM before applying the
Mission: Skin Retinol 1% Defender Cream. May also use as spot treatment.
3. MISSION: SKIN RETINOL 1% DEFENDER CREAM or Tretinoin 0.025%/0.05% Cream#1
Apply very thinly to the whole face at night at bed time.
4. MISSION: SKIN SPOTLITE SPOT ACNE CONCENTRATE #1
Apply thinly to active acne or hyperpigmented spots on top of Mission: Skin
Retinol 1% Defender Cream as a spot treatment.

OTHER 1. BETAMETHASONE VALERATE CREAM #1

Apply thinly to the whole face on top of Mission: Skin Retinol 1% Defender Cream 1-2x
a week in the PM for irritation. May use 2 x a day for 3 days for sun burns and after
extreme sun exposure.
2. SHAMRUFF SHAMPOO #1 (For Hairline & Scalp Acne)
Apply to scalp and hair and very gently massage to lather. Gently spread the lather to
the whole scalp and hair. Avoid vigorous massaging/manipulation or scratching of the
scalp and hair. You may wash hair with shampoo 3 x a week. And wash hair with water
only on days off shampoo. Increase frequency of shampooing if no improvement is seen
after 2 weeks.
3. DERM KIDDOS HYDRA + VEEN BABY LOTION #1
Apply to body skin 5 x a day for moisturization and to prevent eczema formation.
4. CLINICAL PEEL HOME KIT #1 (Supplements DMD Topicals and highly recommended if not
pursuing Isotretinoin; For Purging Control; For acne control maintenance post-
isotretinoin).
Used as directed in the product brochure. (Please avoid rubbing)
5. AEXIS REUSABLE FACE MASK #1
Use for Maskne.
6. DELLA SOLARE DERMATOLOGIC UMBRELLA
Use when outside for maximum sun protection.

For Graveyard shifters, use AM topicals during waking hours and PM topicals during sleeping hours.
