GUIDELINE/MECHANICS IN RANKING OF DELIVERY UNITS FOR THE GRANT OF
PERFORMANCE-BASED BONUS (PBB) FY 2020
EVALUATION OF DIVISION
There are 2 delivery units in the Himamaylan Water District represented by the 2
Divisions namely: Administrative, Finance & Commercial Division and Engineering, Production
& Water Quality, Repair ond Maintenance Division.
Division who achieved at least 90% of their respective targets shall be entitled to the
PBB at varying amounts depending on the category of bureaus the Himamaylan Water
District is having as per evaluation by the Local Water Utilities Administration.
‘The Personnel Management Team (PMT) shall force rank each division as:
‘Only personnel belonging to eligible delivery units are qualified for the PBB. (Refer ako
to exclusion of individuals as cited in Section 6 of the Memorandum Circular No, 2020-1).
There shall be no longer ranking of individual within the delivery unit. The PBB rates of
individual employee shall depend on the performance rankiing of delivery units where they
belong based on the individual's monthly basic salary,

Each delivery unit must comply with the following parameters in order to be eligible:
1. Targets and accomplishment on time submission.
2. Employees belonging to the first and second level positions should receive at least
“Satisfactory” rating based on the CSC approved SPMS.
3, No vacation or sick leave taken with or without pay for the entire year.
4. Cash advance must have been settled fully within specified period
5. SALN per RA 6713 will be accomplished and submitted on the set deadline.
6. Hos not been found guilty of administrative and/or criminal cases by final and
