WHEREAS, the period given for all PUV Drivers to comply under the above MC was amended until December 1, 2018 as per Memorandum Circular No. 2018-018. WHEREAS, despite the extension of the period to implement the program, this Board still failed to accommodate all PUV drivers. NOW THEREFORE, this Board deems it necessary to further AMEND the period which shall now read as follows: XXX 11. All PUY drivers are given until December 1, 2019 within which to comply the foregoing provisions of this Memorandum Circular” Other issuance or parts thereof inconsistent herewith are hereby modified, amended, or superseded accordingly. This Memorandum Circular takes effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in a newspaper of general circulation and the filing of three (3) copies hereof with the UP Law Center pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11, dated 09 October 1992.
