 Research is very vital to improve the
teaching-learning process especially this
time of new normal learning. It gives
different solutions into a vast number of
problems taking place in education.
In order to embrace the challenge of
research, the District Research Committee
headed by Public Schools District
Supervisor
Mr. Francisco Oblea envisioned to have
a District Research Plenum to showcase
several researchers conducted in the
district. That is why last March 9, 2022,
the said event was taken place at Fiesta
Infanta.

The program was started at exactly 8:30 am.

Dr. Mary Ann Sarmiento, Principal II and
School head In-charge in Research
delivered her welcome remarks to the
researchers and participants followed by
Inspirational Message of Mr. Francisco
Oblea, Public School District Supervisor.
They both encourage the participants to
excel more in research and more research
plenum to be conducted in the district.

School of Infanta and currently Academic
Coordinator in Junior and Senior High School
Department. Lastly, Dr. Marife Omna R.
Penamante is a Teacher III and Teacher-in-
Charge at New Little Baguio Elementary
School. She is designated also as District ICT
in Infanta District.

For this district research plenum, there are total of
15 Action Researchers that were presented. It was
participated by different secondary and elementary
schools in the district. Infanta National High School,
In the afternoon, giving of
certifcate of recognition and
participation were given to the
participants. It was facilitated
by PSDS. Francisco Oblea, Dr.
Mary Ann Espiritu, Mr.
Emerson Portales, and the
Panelists.

Also, certificate of recognition

were given to the panelists for
the research plenum. It was
awarded by the school heads,
PSDS, and District Research
Coordinators.
