Introductory Activity
How would you express your feelings towards someone you love or you like?
(2 minutes)
Group Tasks: Picture Analysis/Game (4 groups)
 Make a list of words associating the pictures shown.
 Write the words on the meta strips. (words, signs, telephones,
symbols, computer, magazines, articles newspaper,
information, media)
 Classify the words into media, information and technology.
 Paste the words on the manila paper provided in each group.
 First to post the given task on the board will be declared as winner.

Media and information affect communication in the following aspects:

a. Transmission – communication travels faster
b. Processing of the message- no filter when we speak
