Subject : Letter of Intent

Based on your qualifications and performance in the Interview in our office on 14th Sep 2022, we are
glad to offer you employment in the position of Internship in the pay scale of INR 5K as applicable in our
Company.
You will be required to join duty by 14th Sept. 2022.

On the day of your joining, please bring the following documents in Original (for verification only), along
with one (1) photocopy of each of these documents.

1. Certificates supporting your educational qualifications along with mark sheets

2. For 10th, 12th, Diploma, Degree and / or Master’s degree
3. Any other certificates with supporting documents (if any)
4. Your latest salary slip / salary certificate (last 3 consecutive months)
5. Relieving letter(s) and/or full & final settlement letter(s) from all your previous employers
6. Service Certificate / proof of Employment from the present and all previous employers
7. PAN card, Passport and Driving License (if available)
8. Proof of Date of Birth (Passport or PAN card)
9. Three (3) copies of recent passport size color photographs with white background & Two (2)
copies of recent passport size photographs of your spouse and children (where applicable)

You will be on probation for 6 months from the date of joining duty, during which time your services may
be terminated with 1 months’ notice or pay in lieu thereof.
If you agree to join duty as per the above terms and conditions, please signify your acceptance to the
undersigned within 7 days of receipt of this letter to enable us to issue a formal Letter of Appointment to
you.
