comprehensive 
*Accurate- make sure that the contents of your legal documents state the truth that it will be able
to facilitate decision making
*Engaging-you must awaken the interest of the reader that he may continue reading it , must be
able to encourage reader to read from page 1 until the end so that it may be processed by the
reader
*Elegant- it gives pleasure to the reader everytime he reads it and recalls it 

*Readers -it is the judge who is the most important reader, it is not your opponent because he
also has his own point of view and legal documents
