Introduction

Present Situation

“Health is wealth” is a famous adage that the people of today tend to take for granted

where they did not realize that they should be conscious and concerned with what they consume.

Consumers nowadays are faced with a split decision, whether to choose what’s good for their

health or satisfy their cravings. People got hooked on snack treats and other sweet and unhealthy

desserts that contribute to the development of common illnesses such as diabetes and obesity that

might also increase the risk of heart disease. Over the years, people are getting conscious of their

health. As a result, they started changing their lifestyle to take care of their health and prolong

and enjoy their life. Many businesses offer a variety of cakes and desserts that consumers love.

Still, very few provide healthy desserts that will encourage and help consumers improve their

lifestyle in terms of pastry selection.

It is essential to offer customers a healthier selection of desserts to help them take care of

their health and improve their lifestyles. Pandemic happens, which forces people to stay at home.

Because they have nothing to do, they resort to ordering and eating unhealthy foods that affect

their health or acquire illnesses such as diabetes or obesity. Many people started to get anxious

with the intakes in their bodies, especially those with weak immune systems vulnerable to the

virus. Kins Co. will be offering a product in the most beneficial way possible and at the same

time affordable. A dessert that customers will enjoy contains health benefits that help protect

their immune system and overall health. In addition, people might not be fully aware of the
adverse

effects of consuming too much unhealthy food, but sooner or later, a person’s health will

deteriorate slowly.

Kins Co. aims to be the leading company and primary producer of healthy desserts with

different flavors offering various health benefits in Naga City. Our Veggie Munch will

significantly contribute to the food industry by allowing the customers to enjoy consuming

healthier, natural, and affordable desserts that will not compromise an individual’s health.

Mission

Kins Co.’s mission is to make and serve healthier and affordable snacks or desserts with

superior quality to satisfy consumers’ cravings and give them an exceptional customer experience

in Naga City.

social media platforms

Objectives

1. Increase the number of likes by 20% quarterly by in social media pages of Veggie

Munch such as Facebook and Instagram

2. Increase products sold per month by 2%

3. Offer customer service through social media in responding to their questions, feedback,

and suggestions.

4. Cater-related products are based on purchase history and establish an emotional bond

with the customers.
