Objective : A Compact Hydraulic Roller/Bender Set with no Power consumption.
Description:
Hydraulic hand operate work piece bending is a machine which is used for bending the rod or work
piece manually. Bending is a metal forming process in which straight length is transformed into a
curved length, here by using hydraulic energy the pipe bending process can be carried out. The
Electrical Powered Hydraulic system is bending of pipes carried by men in a difficult way, but in this
proposed system handled by hydraulic arrangement, which bends manually with the help of
hydraulic jack because using this hydraulic system have good load capacity and efficient. This Roller
Bender would have mobility and consumes no electrical power, so the cost will be less compared to
electrical powered hydraulic systems.
