II. Meeting Mrs. Andrea E. Descargar, the school head, put the session proper to order and
Proper promptly commenced the meeting.

III. Notes 1. Academic Concern
 October 27 – 28, 2022 – First quarterly assessment
 October 19-21, 2022 – Submission of Test Questions with TOS
 October 24 – 25, 2022 – Reproduction of the Test papers. (Own printing)
 The format of the exam should be shading especially in Multiple Choice.
 The type of exam may be varied and the number of items should be 50.
 Advisers should be the one to administer the exam.
 Ma’am Estrella C. Manzano will be the one to plot the schedule of
examination for the Junior High School and Sir Richard C Esguerra for the
Senior High School.
 November 26, 2022 (Saturday) – Distribution of Cards
 November 10-11 & 14, 2022 – Submission of Grading Sheet
 November 22-23, 2022 – Submission of Composite Sheet
 Format of name in SF 9 (Report card): ADIWANG, RICEL, MIGUEL
2. Classroom Observation for Teachers
 The observation should be one per quarter. There is only one rating for the
whole school year. Ma’am Andrea E. Descargar recalled the objectives for
the observation.
 Sir Esguerra suggested that the rating for the Second Quarter observation will also
be the rating for the First Quarter observation instead of having two observations
for the second quarter as long as the presentation will be the best. The observation
for the second quarter will be scheduled in November or December.
 Ma’am Nancy P. Dominguez requested that she have her CO around the last
week of October or first week of November.
 All teachers must be observed whether PSB or LSB.
3. 25th Foundation Day
 The date of the upcoming Foundation is being changed to November 18-19,
2022.
 Ma’am Diana and Ma’am Estrella are the in-charge for the Coronation Day.

 Ma’am Cristine and Sir Richard are the in-charge for the Alumni
Homecoming.
 It was suggested that there should be one layout design for the t-shirt of the
alumni for uniformity even if the colors of the shirts are different.
 Sir Dennis is the in-charge for the ticket distribution.
 Advisers will help their class for the ticket selling.
 The Director General Officers of 2022 Founding Anniversary will distribute
letters and tickets to all schools. Target date: October 21, 2022 (Friday)
 Letters will also be distributed to the Office of the Municipal Mayor.
 Letter for tickets and fundraising should be different.
 Theme: MNHS @25: Sustaining the Culture of Unity towards Excellence
and Global Competitiveness.
 Donors for the Raffle Draw Prizes
 Grand Prize (Washing Machine) - Vice Mayor of San Manuel
 1st Pize (Durabox) - SB Romeo Escobar
 2nd Prize (Stand Fan) - SB Mateo
 10 Consolation Prizes (Cash Prizes)
 First Canvassing will be on October 28, 1:00 p.m, c/o Ma’am Estrella and
Ma’am Kirvie.
 There should be 18 candidates no backing out.
