when we’re not required in the office or a permanent fixture, it’s
important to get set up properly and remain productive!

This is an exceptional European single bed (90 x 200cm) that features a desk.
Simply fold down the bed and the desk disappears under the bed without having to be cleared. Similarly, in
just a few seconds, the bed is ready to be used again. On the inside there is a fitting that locks in the bed.
The bed has a continuous base, meaning there is no need for a slatted frame and it can be quickly
converted back into the desk. The bed's outer sides are approximately 38mm thick, the inner sides are
approximately 18mm thick and both are made of stable manufactured wood and have high-quality, thick
edges. The bed is approximately 91cm tall.
The desk has metal extensions under the work surface for support. The desk's work surface measures
198cm in width, 59cm in depth and is 75cm high. When the bed has been folded back and the desk top is
visible, the product has a height of 148cm.
The inlay depth for the mattress is 8cm, and the maximum mattress height is 19cm. Great functionality and

All designs revolve around a SIP panel construction (self-insulated panels) that can be

metres – with a ridge height no higher than 2.4m – although higher ridges can be
accommodated in certain circumstances.

The external cladding can be almost anything you imagine – timber / metal / tile / ceramic

If you need help planning your home office space we can help!

STEP 1: SKETCH A PLAN OF YOUR ROOM - See grid shown right

Please provide a sketch of your room with all the
relevant dimensions in millimeters, showing the positions of;
doors, handling, windows, radiator and any other fixtures
such s pipes, power and data/telecom sockets etc…
Please indicate any preferred layout that you had in mind.

STEP 2: MEASURE
Measure the width of all walls, windows, doors, radiators,
pipes, and fixtures as above. .Clearly show these dimensions
in millimetres.

STEP 3: SEND
Please scan or take a clear photo of your sketch with
dimensions and email to m.selman@wagstaffgroup.co.uk.
Your proposed plan will be sent to you within 5 days of
receipt.

 REMOVAL & STORAGE
Once businesses reopen their offices, their staff may return to work in
waves, continue to work from home or work in shifts to reduce the
density within the office and improve social distancing. We can support
you in the removal and storage of office furniture and personal affects
not needed until staff come back to work full time.

Charge:
Estimated cost of £265 per day for our removals team

Crates for personal affects £6 weekly charge

Storage charge per pallet is £6 each week.

This will include 2 fitters to attend site and remove desks, task chairs,
storage and crate up any personal affects for storage. A full quotation
will be provided as this cost will depending on the number of
workstations which need to be removed. Our team would be on site
from 8am to 6pm.

We can accommodate: 10 desks to a pallet (no pedestals)
