Innovation in the food industry combines technological innovation with social and cultural Innovation. It occurs
throughout the entire food system, including production, harvesting, primary and secondary processing. Food
innovation is the development and commodization of new food products,process and services. Food Innovation is the
lifeblood of the food industry and is essential for ensuring profitability and survival. The researchers decided to make a
food that will suit everyone's tastebuds and perfect fot a snack on an afternoon chill. Introducing Mashed Patacheese-
an everybody's snack. It is a mashed potatoes filled with ham, cheese and green onions.
Green onions deliver a lot of the flavor of mature bulb onions, with a little less of the bite. The green leaves are edible,
which offers some different nutrients from bulb onions
