1. BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

Innovation in the food industry combines technological innovation with social and cultural Innovation. It occurs
throughout the entire food system, including production, harvesting, primary and secondary processing. Food
innovation is the development and commodization of new food products,process and services. Food Innovation is the
lifeblood of the food industry and is essential for ensuring profitability and survival. The researchers decided to make a
food that will suit everyone's tastebuds and perfect fot a snack on an afternoon chill. Introducing Mashed Patacheese-
an everybody's snack. It is a mashed potatoes filled with ham, cheese and green onions.

A. Green onions ( Allium Fistulosum?

Green onions deliver a lot of the flavor of mature bulb onions, with a little less of the bite. The green leaves are edible,
which offers some different nutrients from bulb onions

The humble onion packs a surprising punch when it comes to disease fighting and health promoting. If you use green
onions as a garnish, you won't get as much of their nutrition.

STEP 1. ADD A POTATO IN ABOILING WATER
STEP 2. CUT THE SPRING ONIONS

STEP 3. SLICE THE HAM IN A SMALL SIZE

STEP 4. SLICE THE CHEESE IN A SMALL SIZE


STEP 5. SMASH THE POTATO

STEP 6. PUT A SMALL AMOUNT OF BLACK PAPER


STEP 7. PUT THE SPRING ONION INTO THE SMASH POTATO , THEN MIX IT WELL

STEP 8. AND THEN SHAPE A CIRCLE SIZE PUT A LITTLE BIT CHEESE AND HAM IN
THE MIDDLE
STEP 9. AFTER YOU FINISH TO PUT THEM ALL. THEN PUT THE SMASH POTATO
INTO A BOILING OIL.
