PSA – Post School Activities

Games Covered:- Football, Cricket and Basketball

Duration : 01 Hour - 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm

Coaching Days:-

Football - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday


Cricket - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Basketball - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Sports-Items to carry:
Jersey/ shorts/ Towel/Change of clothes (T-shirt)/ Personal Gear

Football:-
Football Boots(Indoor)/Socks/ Shin Guards/ Gloves for Goalkeeping/football
Jersey/Shorts

Cricket:-
Track Pant/Jersey/Cricket Shoes (Preferably Rubber
Spikes)/Bat/pad/Gloves/Helmets/Thigh guard/Abdomen Guard/Elbow guard/Kit bag

Basketball:-
Basketball shoes/ Sports shoes/Socks/Jersey/Shorts

Special Instructions For The Parents :-

1. Participants should carry some light snacks (banana or any fruit, biscuits etc.) which
can be consumed before the coaching class. Participants should refrain from
consuming heavy meals just before the practice.

2. Any medical condition/advise by the doctor should be informed before the activity.

3. All participants should carry water to keep themselves hydrated also drinking water
will be available at the school campus.

4. Parents are requested not to send any valuable items with the students when they are
attending the session.
5. In-case of any injury or unusual pain, trainer in charge has to be informed immediately
without any delay.
Disclaimer:-

1. Dates and schedule for the after -school program is subject to change based on the
availability of time/schedule as per the school academics calendar.

2. There will be no refund, concession of fees (in part or full) on any account.

Rules & Regulations:-

1. Players will have to be in their specific sport attire as instructed.


2. All players will have to adhere to the scheduled timings. Any player not coming for
coaching shall intimate the coach at least eight hours in advance.
3. Players will have to maintain discipline of the training session and if found otherwise
would be expelled from the coaching and fees will not be refunded in any case.
4. Players will attend all training and events set by coach.
5. Players will approach training and matches with a professional attitude and apply
themselves accordingly.
6. The coach reserve the right to award playing time in matches to those who do not miss
training and other games preparation.
7. Players will come to the coach to settle and all disputes, including playing time or lack
thereof, personality difference, scheduling conflicts, or any other issues that involves the
team/ academy, player or coach.
8. Parents are not allowed to stay in the field at the time of coaching, parents are not
allowed to interfere in any kind of management decisions, however if they want to meet the
coach, kindly call to the schedule and appointment.
9. Sessions timings may change due to the weather conditions and unavoidable
circumstances.
10. Players may have to pay an additional amount for the friendly matches, tournaments,
special sessions as decided by the management.
11. All players shall take proper precautions and take other requisite measures expected of
and advised to them while playing. However, if any incident happen during
coaching./participating in matches and players is injured leading to incapacitation for some
periods, permanent disability or death, the coaching authorities including, the staff shall not
be responsible for the same in any manner. It shall be the endeavourment of the coaches
to provide immediate medical aid in the case of any such eventuality. However,
noncompliance thereof for factors beyond the control of the academy cannot be termed as
negligence and consequently the academy/coaching authorities shall not be liable.
Preferred Diet Chart:-

Snacks help provide the extra energy you need for growth and physical activity. If you are
going to be out and about, take snacks with you. Choose healthy snacks that are low in
saturated fat, salt and sugar, such as:-

1. Bread, bread rolls, bagels, pita breads, French sticks or biscuits.


try some wholegrain varieties and have them with your favourite low-fat fillings.
2. Crackers, fruit buns, scones, fruit bread or pancakes.
3. unsalted nuts and seeds.
4. Pasta and rice.
5. Breakfast cereals with low-fat milk/yoghurt.
6. Low-fat yoghurt, plain or flavoured low -fat milk
7. Fresh fruit -whole with yoghurt, blended in a home-made smoothie or with a slice of
cheese.
8. Vegetables sticks together with a dip or spread
(hummus, cottage cheese or yoghurt based dips)
9. Reheated leftover, for example, stews, soups and vegetables
(such as potato, taro, and pumpkin)

Payment and Fees:-


 Football:- Rs. 2,500/- per month
 Cricket:- Rs. 3,000/- per month
 Basketball :- Rs 2,500/- per month

 Kindly do the payment on or before 5th of every month.
