Antecedents of
Instructions: If you were an inventor, what would you invent? In thinking about an invention, make
sure that you come up with one that has not been invented yet but is possible to be invented in the near
future. On the space below, sketch a draft of your invention then answer the questions that follow.
1. What is your invention? What does it do?
My invention is called "Dishwasher machine". It is used in cleaning dishes through the
use of electricity. It has a sponge wherein when you press the button it were wash your dishes
alone, then to make sure that it is clean scan it to the germ detector and it will detect the germs
in your dishes, when there's a germs detected put it in the sterilizer just press the red button to
open it and then to make it dry put it in the dryer. In short this invention will make your dish
washing task easy.
2. How is your invention similar to or different from existing tools or technologies in terms of
function?
It is different from existing tools or technologies in terms of function through its
unique characteristics. My invention is not an ordinary dishwasher machine, it is because its
have a germ detector where you can just put the dishes near it and it will detect the germs in
your dishes. Also its have a sterilizer where you can put the dishes inside it and you will just
press the red button and wait for a few minutes then it would become clean and there's no
germs that would be detected when you scan it in germ detector. If you didn't want to wipe it to
dry you can just put it to the dryer and it can easily dry your plates, fork, spoons, etc.
Maybe there's a dishwasher machine but they had just small similarities, the invented
materials is just only have one component unlike my invention that are four in one.
3. Why is there a need for this invention? How will this invention make the world a better place to
live in?
There's a need for this invention, because it can make our family safe from any
microbes through its germ detector and sterilizer. Also it can make our task easy especially in
cleaning our dishes. This invention will make the world a better place to live in through it helps
all the dishwasher to easily do their task, especially when there's an occasion where there's so
many dishes, they would just put that in its mini sink wherein the sponge will wipe it alone, and
we will become safe when we will use it.
