1. What social problem have you identified and how are you responding to it?
- The social problem that I have identified is the poverty in the Philippines. According to
borgenproject.org, the Philippines has a fairly high poverty rate with more than 16% of the
population living below the poverty line. Because of the many people reliant on agriculture
for an income and inequality in wealth distribution, about 17.6 million Filipinos struggle to
afford basic necessities. I came up with an idea to create an organization that produce
bamboo products. In a way that it can help those unemployed people to make a living, it can
help reduce the poverty by strengthening economics. Not only that, we can also help saving
the environment.

2. What is your added value?

- This project or organization can benefit the unemployed people; poor, economy, and
environment. Bamboo has become a popular alternative material for daily products that
harm the environment, such as single-use plastics and e-waste, in recent years. It will help
them advertise their products and introduce in the public. Producing high-quality work
necessitates a little more effort to ensure awareness on the types of problems that might
happen and also hearing the feedbacks from employers and customers.

3. What is your development strategy?

- Bamboo items are biodegradable, and some people are now employing environmentally
friendly products. The things that the business will provide are exactly what they require.
Developing expertise in the field might enable anyone to answer questions for coworkers
and clients, adding value to their interactions with each other. One of the most crucial
characteristics is flexibility and adaptability; being open to change is important without
losing sight of the organization's fundamental goal.

4. What is your economic model?

5. How do you accelerate your development by collaborating with other stakeholders of society?
- I will accelerate progress by cooperating with other social stakeholders, being open to new
ideas, and understanding their positions within the organization. Start broad and then
reduce your thoughts down to a manageable concept using the project framework you built
before. Allow for some degree of flexibility. And that requires being willing to make
concessions.

6. How do you measure your social impact?

- I will measure my social impact by first deciding about framework; target performance
indicators will be an advantage to develop program strategy, existing framework can also
help enhancing the organization. Other important things for my social impact are;
identifying the metrics, understanding the attribution, get the right timing, value qualitative
data, recognizing the accountability, be open to learning, and use tools to help the
organization.
