3 HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION
Flammable. Irritating to skin. Toxic to aquatic organisms, may cause long-term adverse effects in the aquatic environment.
4 FIRST-AID MEASURES
INHALATION
Remove victim immediately from source of exposure. Provide rest, warmth and fresh air. Get medical attention if any
discomfort continues. If respiratory problems, artificial respiration / oxygen.
INGESTION
Drink a few glasses of water or milk. Do not induce vomiting. If vomiting occurs, the head should be kept low so that
stomach vomit doesn't enter the lungs. Get medical attention immediately!
SKIN CONTACT
Wash immediately with soap and water. Get medical attention promptly if symptoms occur after washing.
EYE CONTACT
Pormptly wash eyes with plenty of water while lifting the eye lids. Continue to rinse for at least 1 5 minutes. Get medical
attention promptly if symptoms occur after washing.
5 FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES
EXTINGUISHING MEDIA (
Fire can be extinguished using: Water spray, fog or mist. Alcohol resistant foam. Dry chemicals, sand, dolomite etc.
SPECIAL FIRE FIGHTING PROCEDURES
Use supplied air respirator if product is involved in a fire. Cool containers exposed to flames with water until well after the fire is out.

7 HANDLING AND STORAGE
USAGE PRECAUTIONS
Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame. Ventilate well, avoid breathing vapours. Use approved respirator if air
contamination is above accepted level.
STORAGE PRECAUTIONS
The drums should be stored, with their seals intact, in conditions that avoid extremes of temperatures. Under these
conditions the shelf life of the product should be approximately two years.
STORAGE CLASS
Flammable liquid storage. Environmentally hazardous storage.
11 TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION
INHALATION
In high concentrations, vapours are narcotic and may cause headache, fatigue, dizziness and nausea.
INGESTION
Irritating. May cause nausea, stomach pain and vomiting. Pneumonia may be the result if vomited material containing
solvents reaches the lungs.
SKIN CONTACT
Irritating to skin. Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking.
EYE CONTACT
Irritating and may cause redness and pain.

ECOTOXICITY
The product contains a substance which is toxic to aquatic organisms and which may cause long term adverse effects in the aquatic environment.
13 DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS
DISPOSAL METHODS
Absorb in vermiculite or dry sand, dispose in licensed special waste. Dispose of waste and residues in accordance with local
authority requirements.
