Subject: Reshoot of all Grade 12 students

We would like to humbly request for reshooting of graduation pictures of all the grade 12 students this coming
April 29, 2022, Friday starting 9AM – 3PM. The first photo taken was corrupted yesterday and the computer was
reformatted without back-up and the grade 12 photos was all gone. We apologized for the inconvenience caused by this
activity and we seek to minimized disruption to the maximum extent possible.
