Basic: Microsoft Excel learning in high school students

Introduction:
The purpose of this project is to help the elementary students to learn some of their
lessons at home. Most of the students encountered struggles with their lessons because sad to
say that not all the parents are capable in helping them. So we came up with this idea and
propose this project that aims to lessen the struggles of the parents and impart basic
knowledge to the students. With the help of social media, the students can frequently watch
the lessons that we’re going to present. This project can help students’ inflate their scope of
learning and also enhance our way of teaching.

Rationale:

In our current situation, most of us were having a hard time to cope-up with the new
kind of learning modality. Even we, the college students find it so hard to learn in a non face-
toface class but nothing can stop for us to learn new lessons each and every day. Elementary
students together with their parents run into some struggles in dealing with the modules that
have been given to them especially in explaining the topic. By fulfilling this project, we can
alleviate the struggles and the pressure that the students and parents are now facing in dealing
with the lessons in the modules and disseminate or provide the exact knowledge or information
on a particular topic. The basic tutorial will be posted in our social media accounts so that
several students can have access on it, not just a particular community.

Setting:
No Specific Place.

Problem Statement:
Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the Department of Education declared that there will be no
face-to-face classes and the new learning modality will be through distributing modules and
online class. The new learning modality gives inconvenience to the parents since the learning of
their students depends on them.

Needs:
• Inform the public that there is a video tutorial for primary level.
• Stable Internet connection
• Books and modules used as instructional materials
• YouTube account to access the tutorial

Objectives:

• To help the students to get the better of these obstacles in another way of learning and
make them a self-sufficient learner.
• To utilize the available resources in order for them learn the exact knowledge.
• To enhance their listening skills and comprehension.

Implementation:

With everybody’s cooperation, making this dream as a reality is our success. By choosing
topics on different levels in primary grades and make a video discussion out of it and post in
social media, through with it we can help the students learn some of their topics by frequently
watching our video tutorial. By using our Facebook page and accounts we can spread the
information without any delay to their respective homes.
