Unlike traditional printers, Inkjet Printers print ink on the printed matter and do not contact with the

printed matter.2-5mm gap.

1. Encoder [common handheld printing]

The encoder determines the distance of the front wheel to control the inkjet. If the encoder is

used for printing, the encoder roller must contact with the printed matter.

2. Distance printing

Distance printing means that the roller is sprayed once after the roller has been rotated for a

distance, and the distance of the printing is fixed. In the "Print Settings", find the "Distance Switch"

and control the "Continuous Print Interval" to control the interval size (mm).

3. Time delay [pipeline printing]

Time-delay printing is often used for printing on the assembly line. In the "Print Settings", find

"photoelectric switch" and turn on, control printing with delay time.

7. Counter

Decimal: Decimal, Hexadecimal

Width: Counter digits (1-9 digits)

Minimum value: The smallest value

Maximum value: The highest value

Initial value: The value to start counting

Stepping: Increased value per print

Repeat: The number of times the current value is repeated.

value is one digit, it is added to 0 in ten digits.

8. Printing settings

Print Times: Set the number of printings

Sync width: The width of the printed text

Sync mode: Encoder or timer

Encoder: Rotate printing with an encoder

Start signal: A signal to start printing

Manual switch: Use manual to turn on the print signal

Photoelectric switch: Open the print signal through an external photoelectric

Nozzle voltage: Adjust the voltage of the nozzle (default 9V)

Print Darkness: Adjust the concentration of inkjet (1~9. The higher the value, the higher

the inkjet concentration)

Idle Spray time: Customized printing to prevent nozzle clogging, the default is 00, which is

often used in the assembly line.

Nozzle selection: Left and right nozzles are freely selectable (if one of the nozzles is

blocked, the nozzle can be switched to continue working)

Flip up and down: Print up and down

Directional printing: Change the printing order and start printing in reverse.

Second, how to use a handheld inkjet printer

1. Four ways to start printing:

(1) When the photoelectric sensor arrives at the object, it triggers printing according to

the delay time set by the printer.

(2) Timing trigger and automatic printing at regular intervals

(3) Manual trigger when manually press the print button.

(4) The encoder moves automatically after a certain distance.

2. The usage of Ink cartridge

① The machine must not be unplugged or loaded in the power-on state. The

loading and unloading of the ink cartridge must be performed in the off state. The

cartridge must be locked after installation is complete

②The capacity of the ink cartridge is generally 40ml, and it can print 845 sheets of

A4 continuously at 5% coverage.

③ When the ink cartridge has no ink, there is no water sound when it is shaken.

④ If the ink cartridge is not in use, it must be covered with a cover. After the ink

cartridge is torn open and sealed, it is best to use it within 3-4 months.

⑤ Ink printing onto plain paper requires only 3S drying, but the drying time

depends on the material, and the material with poor water absorption will last a

little longer.

⑥Cartridge jamming solution:

(1) The ink cartridge can be jammed on cardboard or white paper and printed

continuously several times until the print is clear.

(2) Wipe the nozzle with a cotton swab soaked in alcohol or a paper towel, or

soak it in alcohol.

(3) In the “Settings”, find “Flash Time” and set to 10, then print again.

(4)Find the "sprinkler setting" exchange "left and right nozzle" in "Settings"

(5) Shake the cartridge up and down.

3. Touch screen use

Screen correction:

(1) Find “Touch Screen Correction” in “Settings” to re-align.

(2) Press and hold the screen at boot time, then turn it on to enter the calibration.

(3) Screen alignment problem: generally caused by external force pressing which

caused by screen deformation (PS: When correcting, use a stylus to point the target.)

(4) Never use sharp objects to tap the screen, and it is easy to scratch the screen and

cause damage to the screen.

(5) The resistor screen is used. Due to climatic reasons and transportation reasons, the

screen will be slightly out of order and should be calibrated.

4. Import image creation

(1) Choose your prepared picture

(2) Right click to open the way: select "painting"

(3) Resize -> select "pixel"

(4) Adjust to the size you want (up to 150 pixels) [key]

(5) Save as Bmp, select "monochrome bitmap" [key]

(6) View the created Bmp and right click on “Properties” to see if “Detailed

Information” and “Bit Depth” are “1”. 【The essential】

5. Fixed plate use

If you need to print uneven products, or print a small area of the product, for example:

printing on plastic bottles, printing on the bottle cover, etc. You need to use a fixed plate.

Steps for usage:

(1) Loosen the upper four fixing screws of the fixing plate.

(2) Align the ink outlet of the handheld inkjet printer with the fixed plate print port.

(3)After alignment, lock the two screws on the upper positioning plate.

(4)Lock the screws on the side positioning plate again (as shown)

(5) Place the fixing plate on the product to be printed.

(6) Align the print position. Use the machine to debug the print position. After that,

you can start printing.

6. Print fonts have scratches

Solution:

(1) Flatten the print surface for printing

(2) When using handheld printing, you can't use down force, just move.

(3)Using the fixed board to print

(4)The print distance is too high.

7. Other usage issues

(1) The ink cartridge must be in place. Refer to the installation video for the installation

procedure.

(2) If you found that the printing was not clear in the printing process, you can adjust the

inkjet density.

(3)Print defects, adjust the inkjet head (left and right inkjet head adjustment) or use

alcohol to clean the ink outlet.

(4) The best distance for printing is 2-5mm. If it is too large, there is no way to print it:

(5) Printing needs to print at a straight line, otherwise the printed content is easily

deformed.

(6) When using the encoder to print, you need to determine if the encoder belt is

misaligned. Misalignment can also cause print distortion.

(7)The default factory setting has been adjusted to the best hand-held state, and the ink

cartridge can be tested to print the test without additional settings.

Third, the automatic printing settings of

1. Photoelectric sensor and handheld inkjet

installation:
(1) Assemble the photoelectric bracket.

(2) Mount the photoelectric sensor and the machine on the right angle of the

photoelectric.

(3) Remove the roller above the printer

(4) Photoelectric sensors must be in front of the printer

Note: The photoelectric sensing distance is 5-40cm, which is determined by the environment

and the surface color of the object. The smaller the inductive sensing distance of the darker

color, the farther the sensing distance of the surface is reflected.

2. Print mode selection

(1)Photoelectric sensor control:

In the settings, select the start signal in the "Print Settings" and select "Photoelectric

Switch", adjust the photoelectric time, select "timer" in synchronous mode.

(2)Encoder control:

The encoder determines the distance of the front roller to control the inkjet. If the

encoder is used for printing, the encoder roller must contact with the printed matter.

(3)Timing control:

Time-delay printing is often used for printing on the assembly line. In the "Print

Settings", find "photoelectric switch" and turn on, control printing with delay time.

(4) Distance control:

Distance printing means that the roller is sprayed once after the roller has been rotated

for a distance, and the distance of the printing is fixed. In the "Print Settings", find

"Distance Switch" to open and operate the "Continuous Print Interval" to control the

interval size (mm).

The print settings are as follows:

(1) Select "Timer" for the synchronization mode.

(2)Start signal selection "photoelectric switch".

(3)The timing speed is adjusted according to the speed of the pipeline equipment.

(4)The photoelectric delay is adjusted according to the distance between the

photoelectric sensor and the machine and the line speed.

2. Commissioning phase
Conveyor speed and coding speed are related. The faster the conveyors speed, the

faster the coding speed which needs to be adjusted.

If you hear "drip" but not printed:

(1)Look at the position of the print before the drip or after the drip. After the drop, the

"photoelectric delay" is too large, it needs to be small, put the light head close to the

machine or adjust the speed of the line.

(2) Photo electrically senses when the object passes, it will flash. If the photoelectric

light is long, the photoelectric will be raised or tilted 45 degrees. The photoelectric

sensing distance is 5-40cm, which is determined by the environment and the surface

color of the object. The smaller the inductive sensing distance of the darker color, the

farther the sensing distance of the surface is reflected.
