1. Based from DepEd Order No. 34, s. 2022 titled "School Calendar and Activities for the School
Year 2022-2023, our school is given an ample time to slowly transition into 5 days in-person
classes by implementing Blended Learning Modality which is 4 days of in-person classes
and 1 day of modular distance learning.

2. Considering the number of students in our school, Grades 7 to Grade 12 Classes are divided
into two (2) sets attending to school alternately.

3. Starting September 9, 2022 until October 31, 2022, there will be NO CLASS EVERY
FRIDAY to implement the 4-1-day scheme of adopted Blended Learning Modality. This day
is also intended for the teachers to conduct module preparation and distribution; faculty and
staff meeting; and other school-related activities.

4. Any concerns to this implementation shall be coordinated to the Principal, Academic Head,
Grade Level Monitoring Heads/ Department Heads, and Chairpersons.
