As a Barangay Captain it is my duty to ensure the safety of every citizen especially the
young ones. First thing I’d do is make a plan. I will raise awareness about the said
situation, practice community evacuation plans and call the attention of every parent to
be prepare to face the worst. Evacuate everyone to a higher place and provide basic
needs such as food, water, clothing and etc. I will also call every captain in our barangay
to prepare a plan in times of tsunami to reduce risks.
