Good morning,
This plan seems comprehensive to combat the existing issues although I am concerned
this has been an on going problem for years. How about new residents moving in with
their belongings, they may be inadvertently bringing bedbugs in as well. Is there a
procedure in place to check incoming? Seems to me you need to stop it at the front
door.
