water-based ink to print a film transfer that is then dried, a powdered glue is applied to the back and then
heat cured ready for storage or instant use. The DTF printer technology can allow you to print easily on
D I R E C T T O F I L M cotton, polyester, synthetic, or silk without any trouble. Plus, DTF printers can work on both dark and
white fabric.
DTF PROCESS

Print
First, print the image on the film, white should be on top of the print.

Powder
After printing, the material will undergo on the automatic powder shaking mahcine.
It is important to apply the adhesive powder before the ink dries.

Cure
The printed material will go through a hot oven to cure the adhered powder right
away.

Transfer
Remove the printed job from the equipment and cut out the design to be transferred.
Perform the transfer process through the heat press. Remove the transfer film from
the fabric.
