Is about one of the staff given a jolly chicken to a costumer knowing that it was the fried towel and not
the real jolly chicken. In this case, the costumer is not satisfied but disappointed. The reason why
Jollibee Branch in Bonifacio was temporarily closed to observe and to double check their production.
One of the reasons of the trend in Facebook post.

2. Do you think the solution provided by the fast-food corporation is enough to address the Problem?
Propose better ways of addressing customer concerns in light of the firm’s business responsibility.

Maybe, training new staff is difficult to train them especially if they are new and to discuss them the
proper rules in their workplace is also a difficult to understand. Another adjustment for training and to
meet new staff. The reason why is it important to have orientation each of new staff in Jollibee in every
branch.

3. What could have been done by Jollibee management to avoid the incident?

Have them an observation while working, have a good communication with their staff and the costumer.

ONLY THREE (3) FIRMS RESPONSIBLE FOR NEARLY HALF OF PHILIPPINE’S PLASTIC WASTE

1. What do you think is the major cause of plastic pollution? Is it the corporations themselves or the
users of their products?

This pollution comes mainly from household waste, which is poorly recycled, dumped in landfills or
abandoned in nature

2. What do you think are the implications of this to other stakeholders of the corporations? i.e.,
investors, community, etc.

A brand audit refers to the counting, analyzing, and documenting of plastics, brands, and companies
responsible for the plastic waste that end up in ecosystems, beaches, and urban centers

3. How can big corporations such as URS, Nestle, and Colgate-Palmolive contribute to addressing
plastic pollution?

These corporations have been consistent top polluters as well for the past two years and have done
nothing substantial to tackle plastic reduction at its source. Instead, they pursue programs that unfairly
pass the responsibility to consumers.
