Who is Kevin Hart?

Tussle with the Childhood:

Life was never too easy for the young Kevin Hart. His early memories at his childhood home are
of a drug addict father who was always on the wrong side of the law. He was essentially raised
by a single mother who tried her best to offer young Hart a normal childhood to the best that
she could. However, the tough environment of his childhood only offered a root to the budding
talent within him. He used his immense sense of humor to deal with the tragedies of his
childhood life.

Born on July 6, 1979, in Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Kevin Hart was the second of two children
born to Nancy Hart and Henry Witherspoon. The young boys' family life was never too easy, as
their mother was busy dealing with her job as a system analyst at the Office of student
registration and financial services at the University of Pennsylvania. Behind all the humor that
Kevin Hart is so good at treating his audience to; there is also a much darker side to it all. His
childhood memories are peppered with instances when his father got abusive and went to
great extents of violence to get what he wanted. This somehow inspired Hart to understand the
depths of life and to make a safe living for himself. However, throughout his life, his mother
continued to encourage him more positively. She helped craftwork ethics for the boys, which
will go to benefit them in their later lives. She inspired her children to raise the bar in their
education and professional lives as well. When Hart wanted to pursue a comedy career, his
mother helped him both morally and financially to get where he has today.

Education - A wholesome growth

Life was never easy for Kevin Hart to start with. However, it was her mother who was always his
source of inspiration. She was the one who ensured proper work ethics in Hart, and it reflected
throughout his life and career. Being a single mother was never easy, as she had to juggle her
job as a computer analyst and a homemaker. However, she ensured both her boys received the
education that was required. Kevin Hart went on to graduate from the George Washington High
School in Philadelphia. He later also had a brief education at the Community College of
Philadelphia before moving on to New York City. Though fast and often interrupted, however,
Kevin Hart always seemed to value the education he received and often speaks in favor of basic
education for the children.

Strenuous career of Hart:

“A lot of blood, sweat and tears have gone into this career of mine.” - KEVIN HART
His very first job was as a shoe salesman in Massachusetts. However, it was a 'fling with humor.'
One night at a club in Philadelphia as a stand-up comedian that made a lasting impression on
Hart. However, he got his very first break at the Laff House in Philadelphia. He used his stage
