Investment Banking works in two ways:

 Buy Side operation

 Sell Side operation

Buy Side operation

Suppose an Investors wants a buy 50 shares of ABCD Company with current

market price at RS ---- then he will place an order through broker’s app towards to
NSI and same will be delivered to investor

Sell Side operation

Suppose company or organization wants to shares the new shares in the stock
market or if investor wants to sell out shares in this way investors & company
raising funds by selling stocks
