UNITECH WIRELESS LTD since Dec09 Senior Engineer Transmission (Operations, Maintenance & Project Management) Transmission planning and implementation with the help of Strategic partners like Ericsson, TTSL etc. Knowledge on planning tool like MapInfo, Pathloss, Global Mapper. Accountable for 200+ MW HOP implementation in West Bengal. Rigorous follow-up with Strategic partners to rectify the Tx faults Within Specified MTTR Validation of Daily Outage and maintaining outage Signoff details. Continuous monitoring the utilization of Ater, POI, Inter MSC etc and BW Upgradation for the same. Gearing the activities for checking working and protection path of the provisioned circuit, grooming traffic and network optimization. Rerouting of traffic in case of multiple fiber cuts.
