I. IDENTIFY AND STATE THE PROBLEM. STATE THE DECISION

OBJECTIVE.
1. What does Grace do for the complaints of the patient who waits
30 to 45 minutes to have tests run?
Objective: To decide what Grace did to become good the way
the test ran and the patient did not complain about it.
2. What will happen if the hospital administrator seldom did not
discuss the problem of performance to Grace face to face?
Objective: To be able to perform her functions effectively and
continue the growth of the company after deciding, and make
the best services by striving good opportunities.
II. SWOT ANALYSIS
STENGTH: Having a good firm/company.
WEAKNESS: Slow service performance and having some complaints.
OPPORTUNITY: In having fast service performance the hospital will
become well-known.
THEATS: Many small companies will adapt the strategy of Grace.

III. GENERATE ALTERNATIVE COURSE OF ACTION

To the case of Grace Reyes, it is really hard to make it good when

have complaints in your firm. I suggest that she will be more observant and
accountable on her job so that does not have any problem. Of course, Grace
must do a great decision making to solve the problem easy.

Simply said, developing decision-making abilities takes time. Once

we account for the importance of problem structuring in effective decision
making and establish that training improves skills and/or causes more
effective behavioral routines related to the problem-structuring phase, we
will have a first argument for the value of participating in decision-making
courses. Prior to all of this, Grace will benefit from understanding decision-
making so that she may make a better and more pleasant decision for her
firm. He can come up with a solution to her dilemma using these decision-
making skills.
As research, I read the full case analysis of Grace and in the last part she
felt down because of the problem of her firm, I want to say that never give
up, everything will be great just do your best.

IV. EVALUATE ALTERNATIVES

ALTERNATIVE A
AVANTAGES: Will become satisfied the patient about the fast
service given by the hospital.

DISADVANTAGES: Fast adaptation from small company to well-

known company.

ALTERNATIVE B
AVANTAGES: Will become smooth the services and well-known the
hospital.
DISADVANTAGES: Fast adaptation from small company to well-
known company.

V. CHOOSE THE BEST ALTERNATIVE

Alternative A, because of the patient who will not complain
on the performance of hospital.
VI. PLAN OF ACTION
 Know the problem of your company/firm.
 Do decision making to solve easily the problem.
 Hold the solution well so that the problem will not become bigger.
VII. CONCLUSION

Having a company or business that is related to construction is truly a

challenging one. It needs big responsibility and determination. A small
company is already a tough one, how much more to a bigger one?

We must accountable on our job and of course be more responsible. To

avoiding the problem, maintain the strength of the firm and improve it.
Handle the company well and do fast solution on what the problem.

To conclude all of the problems of Grace, may I unbiased about what I

come up. Instead, I give an idea on deciding which is better for the
company. As the head of the firm, Grace is the last call.
VIII. RECOMMENDATION
1. Improve the strength of the firm, be responsible.
2. I recommend to study decision-making as it will help for
deciding what solution must choose. As you are working at the
business industry, it is important to be business minded so that
you can provide more benefits for your company.
3. I recommend to look at the main problem first before finding a
solution. Having the capacity to make the best decision is critical
for organizations. Organizational culture and leadership style
together determine the process of decision-making in any
company (Alyson Doyle, 2020).
